We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all attar purchases.
Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, customers must initiate the return process within 2 days from the date of receiving the attar.
- Unused: Attar must be returned in its original and unused condition. Heavily used or damaged bottles will not be accepted for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe and follow the instructions provided.
- Store Voucher or Full Refund: Customers can choose between receiving a store voucher for the full purchase amount or a full refund to their original payment method.
- Only Product Cost Refunded: Please note that only the cost of the attar product will be refunded, and any associated postal or shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Sample Pack Encouragement: We encourage customers to purchase a sample pack before buying a full-size attar to avoid any inconvenience in the return process.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The postal or shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned attar is received and inspected.
- Final Decision: We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if the conditions stated in this policy are not met.
