Shipping Policy

 

·         Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.

·         All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

·         Standard shipping within Australia is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, the Shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout and provided by Australia Post.

·         Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

·         We shipping internationally to selected countries. contact us for details.

Returns and Refunds Policy

 

·         We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

·         To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

·         Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.

·         If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return.

·         To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

·         Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

·         Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process the return and issue a store credit or send out the exchange item (if applicable).
