Cambodian Oud
Artisans have long endeavored to replicate the rich and complex scent of pure Cambodian oud oil, renowned for its depth and luxurious aroma. The artistry behind creating artisan perfume oils that mimic this revered fragrance involves a meticulous and imaginative approach. Artisans utilize a variety of techniques to capture the essence of oud, often blending both natural and synthetic ingredients to achieve a scent profile that resonates with enthusiasts while ensuring its accessibility to a broader audience.
One of the primary methods employed by these artisans is the careful selection of aromatic materials. They start with base notes derived from other woods, resins, and natural oils, such as sandalwood and patchouli, which can serve as a foundation for their blends. The combination of these elements creates a harmonious balance that mimics the deeper tones of pure Cambodian oud oil. Furthermore, artisans often incorporate synthetic components that enhance longevity and projection, ensuring that the essence of oud endures throughout the day.
In addition to affordability, artisan perfume oils provide sustainable alternatives to traditional oud extraction, which can be environmentally detrimental. By using responsibly sourced materials and innovative synthetic replacements, artisans contribute to sustainability in fragrance creation. This approach allows them to maintain high-quality scent experiences without compromising ecological values.

Size
Our perfume oils are traditionally measured in tolas, an age-old unit of weight still used in the fragrance trade. For your convenience, we list them as 3ml (¼ tola), 6ml (½ tola) and 12ml (1 tola). Please note that a tola is a measure of weight (11.66g), and the actual volume in milliliters may vary slightly depending on the thickness of the oil. For best value, we recommend our larger sizes, which work out more economical than buying smaller bottles.
