Oudraqy Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within two (2) business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated to you.
  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
  • Standard Shipping (Australia): Free standard shipping is offered on orders over AUD $80. For orders under AUD $80, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on Australia Post rates.
  • Express Shipping: Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Rates will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping: We ship to selected international destinations. Please contact us at support@oudraqy.com.au for availability and rates.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered by Australia Post, Oudraqy accepts no responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, including theft from the customer’s premises. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a secure and safe delivery address is provided. We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel or using Australia Post delivery options such as parcel lockers or Signature on Delivery, which can be selected at checkout where available. Signature on Delivery is strongly recommended for high‑value orders.

Signature on Delivery

  • Signature on Delivery: Customers may select Signature on Delivery at checkout (where available). Where Signature on Delivery is not selected, the customer accepts the risk of loss or theft once the parcel is marked as delivered by Australia Post.
  • For high‑value orders, Oudraqy reserves the right to require Signature on Delivery to ensure secure delivery.
  • Failure to select or accept Signature on Delivery does not make Oudraqy liable for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.

Google Merchant & Platform Compliance Notice

  • Shipping times, costs, and delivery methods are clearly disclosed at checkout in accordance with Google Merchant Center and WooCommerce requirements.
  • Return eligibility, timeframes, and conditions are publicly accessible and apply equally to all customers.
  • Product descriptions, images, and policies are presented accurately and are not misleading.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  • We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
  • Personalised, custom-made, or special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oudraqy.com.au so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
  • To initiate a return, please email support@oudraqy.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected and confirmed to meet our return conditions, we will issue a store credit or dispatch an exchange item where applicable.

This policy is written to comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), WooCommerce platform requirements, and Google Merchant Center policies. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
